So what is Vedic Meditation?

The Vedic Meditation Technique (VMT) is a simple, easy to learn mental technique that enables the mind and body to fall into a profoundly deep state of rest in a very short period of time. With regular practice, accumulated stresses and fatigue are dissolved, restoring the mind and body to their naturally vital, healthy and dynamic states.
